If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee and
applicable transaction fee. The specific shipping fee depends on the express company selected by the
customer.
If the return is due to our error, including goods received that are damaged or incorrect, the consumer
is not required to bear the return shipping cost for that reason.
The transaction fee is 4.4% for card payments and 5.19% for Klarna orders on US returns.
Shipping costs shall be paid by the customer in the following cases:
- Returning a product without any proven defects.
- Warranty claims for items carried outside the original country of purchase.
- Returned items claimed to be defective but found by SIBRILLE to be in proper working condition.
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns or returns made outside the approved warranty process.
- Buyer's accidental returns.
- Returning personal items.
