This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, order cancellation, order processing, and return shipping responsibilities for orders placed on sibrille.com.

1. 30-Day No-Hassle Money Back Guarantee

1.1 Eligibility

We offer a 30-day no-hassle money back guarantee that applies only to products purchased directly from sibrille.com.

SIBRILLE products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once the returned item arrives at the SIBRILLE warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. If your product was purchased from another retailer or distributor, please follow that seller's return policy.

1.2 Important Limitations

The 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to products that have been unpacked or used. It is very important to make sure that the packaging is intact and does not interfere with resale.

Refunds cannot be issued for orders that have already been shipped and are in transit.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method with tracking.

5. Order Processing Time

5.1 Processing Timeline

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

6. Order Cancellation

6.1 Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel their order within 1 day after placing the order.

6.2 Shipment Status Requirement

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

6.3 Cancellation Approval Rule

If the customer requests cancellation before the order is shipped, and the request is made within the allowed cancellation period stated on the website, the order can be cancelled.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after you return the product to our warehouse, at which time you will receive an email notification.

8. Return Steps

  • Contact support@sibrille.com for support. Please attach a short video to show the issue.
  • Our after-sales support team will determine whether your order is eligible for a refund. After confirming eligibility, the team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label. Do not ship products until then. SIBRILLE will not accept items returned without prior authorization and an RMA.
  • Mark the RMA number clearly on the shipping label. Our local warehouse may not accept packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label.
  • After confirming receipt of the product at the warehouse, SIBRILLE will process your return or warranty in accordance with the applicable policy.

9. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee and applicable transaction fee. The specific shipping fee depends on the express company selected by the customer.

If the return is due to our error, including goods received that are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the return shipping cost for that reason.

The transaction fee is 4.4% for card payments and 5.19% for Klarna orders on US returns.

Shipping costs shall be paid by the customer in the following cases:

  • Returning a product without any proven defects.
  • Warranty claims for items carried outside the original country of purchase.
  • Returned items claimed to be defective but found by SIBRILLE to be in proper working condition.
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns or returns made outside the approved warranty process.
  • Buyer's accidental returns.
  • Returning personal items.
