This policy applies to orders placed on www.sibrille.com. Our United States storefront is operated by Shenzhen Yongying Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳勇萤科技有限公司), trading as SIBRILLE.

Delivery area

We currently offer delivery within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address when ordering. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change once fulfillment or shipping has begun.

Processing and transit times

Orders are processed within 3 calendar days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days. Processing and transit time are separate; the transit estimate does not start when the order is placed.

Calendar days include weekends and holidays. Carrier transit business days generally exclude weekends and carrier holidays. Transit times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

If shipment is delayed beyond the promised processing period, we will notify you and provide the revised timing and any consent, cancellation, and refund options required by applicable law.

Shipping charges and taxes

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered within our eligible delivery area. There is no minimum purchase requirement for this standard shipping offer.

Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated through our Shopify checkout based on the delivery address and the tax rules applicable to the order. Any tax charged and the final order total are displayed before payment. We do not add an undisclosed merchant tax charge after you place an order.

Fulfillment and tracking

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment location at 550 West Port Blvd, Ellabell, GA 31308, United States. This is a fulfillment address, not our registered business address or a walk-in customer service location.

Carriers include Amazon Logistics and UPS. Carrier selection depends on the shipment. Contact sibrillelamp@gmail.com with your order number for tracking information or delivery assistance.

Delayed missing or damaged deliveries

If tracking stops updating, the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, or delivery otherwise fails, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate with the fulfillment provider or carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution. A carrier delivery scan does not automatically eliminate your right to report non-receipt.

For shipping damage, an incorrect item, or missing components, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery where possible. Include your order number, a description, and photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label where relevant. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed. This reporting request does not shorten the 30-day return window, warranty coverage, or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

For verified shipping damage, incorrect items, or other issues attributable to SIBRILLE, we cover the necessary return or replacement shipping costs. See our Return and Refund Policy for available resolutions.

This policy applies to purchases made directly on www.sibrille.com. For purchases through Amazon or another authorized seller, use that seller’s applicable return process. Eligible manufacturer warranty claims are addressed separately in our Warranty Policy.

Return window and eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery by emailing sibrillelamp@gmail.com. The request must be made within that period; we will provide the return instructions after reviewing your request.

For a change-of-mind return or an item ordered incorrectly by the customer, the product must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and undamaged, with all accessories and components included. Opened but unused products may be returned if they meet these conditions. Please use the original packaging where possible, or suitable protective packaging.

Products that have been installed or used and have no manufacturing defect do not qualify for our standard change-of-mind return. These conditions do not prevent claims for defects, shipping damage, misdescription, or rights provided by applicable law.

Return costs and fees

For eligible returns for personal reasons, including changing your mind or ordering the wrong item, you pay the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee or another return-processing fee.

For verified defects, shipping damage, incorrect items, missing components, or products materially different from their description, SIBRILLE covers the necessary return shipping cost. No restocking or return-processing fee applies.

Standard outbound shipping is free. We do not deduct the original free shipping cost from an eligible refund.

How to request a return

Email sibrillelamp@gmail.com with your order number, contact details, the item you want to return, and the reason. For a defect, damage, or incorrect item, include relevant photographs and a description. A short video may be requested where it is reasonably needed to diagnose a fault; do not continue using an unsafe product to create evidence.

We will review the request and provide authorization, packing instructions, and any applicable prepaid shipping arrangements. Our designated U.S. return location is 550 West Port Blvd, Ellabell, GA 31308, United States. Contact us before shipping so that the return can be correctly identified and routed. Do not send products to our business address in China.

For customer-paid returns, retain the shipping receipt and tracking information and package the item securely. If you need help with the return instructions, contact us before dispatch. Our authorization process does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Defects damage and exchanges

Please report arrival damage, incorrect items, or missing parts within 7 calendar days after delivery where possible. This request helps us investigate promptly and does not replace the 30-day return window or the separate warranty.

For a verified product or seller issue, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement component, replacement product, or refund, taking account of the issue and applicable consumer rights. Any exchange is subject to replacement availability. Contact us before sending an item for exchange.

Refunds

After receiving, inspecting, and approving an eligible return, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

For an approved full-item return, we refund the amount paid for the returned item, including applicable refundable tax. Customer-paid return postage is not reimbursed for a change-of-mind return. For a partial-order return, the refund reflects the amount paid for the returned items and applicable order discounts.

If we approve a refund without requiring the product to be returned, we initiate it within 3 business days after approval, or sooner where required by law. If a return does not meet the stated conditions, we will explain the reason before determining the resolution; we do not impose an undisclosed restocking fee.

For Klarna purchases, the refund is sent through the original payment arrangement. Klarna controls the adjustment of any installment schedule; contact Klarna if you have questions about a payment while the refund is processing.

Warranty and consumer rights

The standard return window and the manufacturer warranty are separate. A fault reported outside the 30-day window may still qualify under the Warranty Policy or applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
